I'm Larry Halff, a San Francisco-based abstract minimalist photographer.

Making and viewing these images is my meditative practice: detached from objective references, they lead to an experience of visual sensations in the moment.

I'm inspired by a range of practioners working across mediums including Terry Riley, Richard Sera, Robert Mapplethorpe, Robert Reich, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Chez Damier, Alexander Rodchenko, David Hockney, John McLaughlin, Brian Eno, Ellsworth Kelly, and Philip Glass.
